Our adult volunteers were outnumbered by young people in our most recent volunteer session! And they were very determined - it started to pour with rain, but this didn't stop them! Our main task was to begin cutting back the wildflower area, which seems a bit brutal, but this is how we'll keep it being wildflowers, and not just a patch of dock and nettles.
We also harvested some of the green kuri squash, and more of the delicious chard, yellow courgettes, french beans and tomatoes.
