They’ve been amazing, not least because they made such lovely, magical leafy archways everywhere, but today we decided the runner beans had done their time!
We started to shell the larger ones, and included them in the sauce for our veggie meatballs. We also used the last of our potatoes, and some lovely fresh rosemary and thyme.
And we found a great way of finally measuring sunflowers…in people-lengths! 😀
