It was a lovely bright, mild winters day, perfect for our first gathering after Christmas!
The streams were high and fast, and sounded wonderful- as did the chaffinches…it almost felt like springtime.
We did toast on the fire (and marshmallows of course), and hot chocolate. Some children went exploring the paths, whilst others went to see how many different fungi the could find.
