A full session at the allotment today, and it was so hot and sunny we had to move the picnic table onto the not-yet used patch.
We opted to eat first (our after-schoolers are always hungry!) which was lovely and relaxed. DIY tortilla wraps followed by fruit and yoghurt, perfect for hot weather.
Then the hard work- trying to tame the paths, hedges and veg beds! Everything has grown very fast because of the perfect combination of rain and warm weather.
We got loads done! 💪😁
